✧ General Information ✧

- You must be 18 or older to commission me.- Please keep in mind that on Saturday and Sunday, I will most likely not work on commissions, it's my time to rest and take a break from the work.- I have the right to refuse commission at any point, especially if I feel uncomfortable with it.- I will not accept any crypto currency.- I will not share WIPs until certain stage of the drawing is done, if you want to see WIPs earlier or progress on certain stages, please let me know.- I will not start working on a order past sketching phase if I'm not paid at this certain point.- My commissions might be limited to certain amount of spots and I won't accept more commissions until that queue is cleared up first.- Please don't ask me to draw in someone's else style, be it from other artists or from some big franchise, such request makes me uncomfortable and I will refuse your order on spot.

✧ _What I will and will not draw _ ✧

I will draw:

- Mildly detailed characters- I draw in cartoonish and semi realistic styles- I draw mostly dragon- I can draw anthro or humanoids but my skills are limited- I can draw animals but I may be better or worse at some- I will draw original characters- I will draw some fanarts- Natural backgrounds, simple cityscapes, interiors- very simple armors- Softcore and suggestive things (if I feel comfortable)

I will not draw:

- Over detailed characters- Complex structures, sci-fi, most weapons, cityscapes, mecha, robots- Hardcore stuff, fetishes- Gore, self harm- Hate or offensive art of any kind- Logos

✧ Client's Rights ✧

- You can repost your commission to your page as long as you credit it properly.-Refunds are accepted at any point, up until the sketching phase of the order ends. Refunds are not accepted after that point, please be aware of that.- If you want your commission to be kept private, let me know before I start working on your order as I like to share progress shots to my social medias if I feel like it.- You cannot edit my artwork without letting me know first (you don't have to ask me if you plan to not share it anywhere)-You cannot use my artwork for commercial use without talking to me about it first ("private use" merch is okay)- If you wish, I can send you invoice when you're still waiting in queue but be aware I won't start working on it until it's your turn in the queue.

✧ Payment ✧

- I accept payment via PayPal's Invoice option.- I'm accepting payment only in Euro- At certain occasions I may accept payment's via Ko-Fi page.- I will not accept DeviantArt Points or any other alternative ways to pay off your order.- If you try to convince me to use other forms of payment, you might get blacklisted for it if you are too invasive.- I will accept payment plans if the artwork gets over 80€

✧ _Process and Deadlines _ ✧

- When you decide to commission me, we'll be discussing it in dms or if you feel to shy to approach me, you can talk about your idea via commission form, but no matter what I require the form to be filled out no matter how you want to approach me!- Usually I don't work under deadlines as I don't do art full time so I not always have time to work on new artworks.- The time it will take to finish the artwork may take me from week to at worst months, depending on my mental health and well being.- If you're unhappy with long wait time, please be aware of that. I try to not take too long with it. I will accept refunds if you are unhappy with how long I'm taking to finish your order.- I work from first to last person in the queue, I rarely work on multiple projects at once, so be aware of that. There are chances where I work on few things at once if there are smaller/easier orders thought.- Once it's your turn to get your order worked on, I will send you rough sketch for approval.- At this point I'll send you the invoice for your order if you approved the sketch, I'll move forward the moment I'm payed.- Take note that you're free to make small adjustment changes during sketching and lining phases but once we move to coloring stage I will not be any changes unless under a fee.- I'm not doing alternative versions of artworks I work on.- Don't be afraid to outline exact changes you want me to do, it's actually very helpful if you do.- Once the artwork is done, you will get full resolution file via Discord DM's or you'll be DM'd link to Sta.sh, be sure to download your file as I tend to clean up my Sta.sh every now and then.
